These terms govern purchases made on cosyarmchair.shop, operated by Gary Morin, 35 rue du Clos Fleuri, 49130 Sainte-Gemmes-sur-Loire, France.
Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Shipping is added at checkout and displayed before you pay.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item is out of stock after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it.
Product descriptions
We describe covers by material, colour, cut and size. Screens render colour differently; a shade variation is not a fault.
Affiliate listings
A small number of products are affiliate listings for third-party wellness brands, marked as such on the product page. Clicking through to buy takes you to that brand’s own website to complete the purchase; that brand handles the order, shipping, returns and any guarantee, not CosyArmchair. We add no medical or therapeutic claim of our own, and describe these products using the brand’s own wording. CosyArmchair may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these listings.
Liability
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
