Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Separately, you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind and return an unused cover in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email bhjuicedealer@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with a return address — do not ship anything back before you have it, parcels sent to the registered address are not processed.
Refunds
Once the parcel arrives and the item is intact, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is on you unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it.
Exceptions
Covers that have been washed or cut cannot be returned for a change of mind (this does not affect your Australian Consumer Law guarantee rights above). Affiliate wellness listings are not sold or fulfilled by CosyArmchair — any return or refund on those follows the third-party brand’s own policy, stated on their site once you click through.
